getting there

This past weekend was yet another weekend of painting.  Just when we thought we had enough paint, I had to run to the paint store and buy another gallon of paint!  We finished most of the painting for the tree house, meaning we haven't painted the walls leading up the stairs since we still have carpet and furniture to haul up there but we are getting there, slowly but surely. 

Because I was tired of taking pictures of paint cans...

I went outside to the front porch to take a picture. 

I am looking forward to this weekend of no home projects and having a fun visit with mom and dad.
