back to reality

Well, folks, what can I say...I had a fabulous Thanksgiving week!
I was so wrapped up in getting as much family time as possible no pictures were taken.
Terrible, just terrible.

I tried a new recipe last night in the crockpot.
Easy, delicious, and plenty to go around!
You should try it.

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken
  • 3 lb. bag of frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle Wings Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 packet Ranch Dip Mix
  1. Spray the crockpot with PAM to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix together wing sauce and ranch dip mix in crockpot.
  3. Place frozen chicken breasts in crockpot.
  4. Turn chicken over in crockpot to coat with sauce.
  5. Cook on low 6 to 7 hours.
  6. Using forks, shred chicken in crock pot.
  7. If needed cook another hour to allow sauce to soak into chicken.
We put our chicken over white rice and had celery on the side.
There was plenty of leftovers.  We are going to make sandwiches with the leftovers.
Enjoy!
