work christmas luncheon

I signed up to bring Mac N Cheese to our work party yesterday.  It was a huge hit! 

Thanks Grandmama for the recipe.  Grandmama's are pretty awesome.

The key is the cheese.  I would not recommend skimping and buying store brand cheese.  I actually bought a block of cheese and shredded it myself.  Hard work but it pays off in the end.
