Our Christmas Eve tradition usually consists of church service, shrimp and grits at my aunt & uncle's house and singing christmas carols. Unfortunately my aunt fell the night before which required a hosipital visit. It was a little scary for us as a year ago at this time my uncle was in the hosipital with a brain injury from a fall. Thank you Jesus my aunt was ok with the exception of a few black eyes. We had to come up with a back up plan for our Christmas Eve but we were together which is all that matters.
By the way, We do not need to make our Christmas tradition consist of hosipital visits.
