Need a quick snack or something to take to a party or need a simple appetizer?
I head to my freezer to grab my stash of pecans. This stash is not just any ordinary stash of nuts, these pecans were picked up off the ground by my grandmother and grandfather, then shelled with their hands, and stored in the freezer for any that wanted. Picked with love.
Jazz them up with spices, maybe salt or cajun spice, add butter or spray with pam, heat them in the microwave or cook in the oven...and you have got a delicious snack/appetizer/gift!
And I am not yet worried about running out, I have an entire full gallon left in my freezer!
