This is a great recipe for a summer day picnic or cookout or for me I made it for Easter dinner!
Grape Salad:
1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) container of sour cream
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 pound of seedless green grapes
1 pound of seedless red grapes
1 cup of chopped pecans
1/2 cup (or less) brown sugar
1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
2. Gently fold in grapes. (I left whole unless they were extra large, which I then cut in half)
3. Best made hours in advance or even the night before.
4. When it is time to serve: combine brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle on top.
5. Enjoy!
