With all the festivites coming up around the holidays, I decided to make my great-grandmother's recipe of cheesy dates to put in the freezer so I can just get 'em when I need 'em.
My grandmother makes them better of course, but mine were still good.
Pecans I pulled from my freezer that were hand picked by my grandparents. Pretty special pecans.
I rolled these suckers for hours. Made a lot.
Freezer is stocked and ready.
I am going to make sausage balls this weekend, for the holidays and the Clemson football game.
