Our town always throws a huge birthday party in August that ends with an amazing fireworks show. This year it was rained out and they had to reschedule. James happened to be out of town when they rescheduled so I sat on our front porch, with my little white companion and my little peach, and watched the show from my front porch swing.
( The pictures don't do it justice) The show is really amazing, lasting about twenty minutes with lots of booms and bangs and the air full of color.
Not much better than sittin' on your porch swing watching the sky light up.
